Cancellation Policy
At Aureum Apartments you choose one of two rate options at booking. The cancellation terms below apply to direct bookings through Aureum.
Flexible rate
- Free cancellation until 5 days before check-in.
- Within 5 days of check-in: non-refundable.
Non-refundable rate
- 10% cheaper than the flexible rate.
- Non-refundable — bookings on this rate cannot be refunded.
How to cancel
If you need to cancel or change a reservation, contact us on WhatsApp or info@aureumgroupltd.com. We'll confirm what applies to your specific booking based on the rate you chose.
Bookings via third parties
If you booked through a third-party platform, the cancellation terms of that platform (or of the rate you selected on that platform) apply. Contact the platform for those reservations.
